Michael has a passion to help others discover the potential that lies inside them, even if it is covered up by many years of unhealthy habits. He loves seeing the lightbulb come on for people as they learn new ways of connecting with others and becoming happier and more productive. He loves to convey personal development and life lessons thought the use of creative modality such as LEGO™ and woodcraft.
Michael is a long time Rotarian and is actively involved in Toastmasters. He is a speaker, trainer and DISC assessment specialist as a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team member. Along with offering mastermind groups, presentations and workshops with his wife, Nikki, Michael also enjoys creating beautiful and practical works of art that bring people joy. Ron Callahan is a proud graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in physical education and a minor in art. He also earned a master’s degree in physical education. Mr. Callahan taught and coached for 36 years. His love of creating pottery was put on hold until 5 years ago, when Mr. Callahan retired from teaching and coaching. His football experiences include stints in Nacogdoches, Petal Mississippi, Pearland and Rosenberg Terry in Houston, Timpson, Center, Quitman, Midland Lee, and Alba-Golden High School. He finished his coaching career at Texas College in Tyler. Mr. Callahan has been married to his wife Sherrie for 37 years, and they have been blessed with two wonderful children: daughter-Sydney Everett, a Texas A&M graduate, and son-Ethan an East Texas Baptist University graduate. Ron and Sherrie have been blessed with their first grandchild, Luke, who has them wrapped around his finger! Mr. Callahan for 30 years has been part of Coaches Outreach ministry as a coach, lay leader, field rep, and as the Texas Coordinator. He also considers his teaching, coaching and pottery as his ministry. His favorite Bible verse is “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:13.

With his exceptional expertise, compassionate approach, and commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others, he continues to be a highly respected and influential figure in the field of drumming therapy and beyond.
